Senior IT Help Desk Specialist

???? Key Responsibilities:
- Systems & Network Management: Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN systems to ensure stable and continuous performance.- Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical assistance, troubleshooting issues efficiently.- Information Security: Monitor network activity for unusual behavior and implement security protocols to protect IT assets.- Server Administration: Monitor server performance, perform updates, and maintain operating systems.- Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure computers, networks, printers, CCTV, and IP Phones.- Active Directory Management: Create and manage user and device accounts with proper access controls.- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to routers, switches, and access points.- Infrastructure Development: Keep systems, software, and network devices updated regularly.
Requirements: ????
✔️ bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.✔️ 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.✔️ Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems.✔️ Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).✔️ Hands-on experience with Virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V).✔️ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.✔️ Highly organized, proactive, and reliable personality.
