Key Role Considerations Factory Floor Presence: Requires hands-on, on-site involvement to monitor equipment and supervise staff. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance production methods and equipment efficiency to boost output and reduce costs. Roles and Responsibilities Supervise: Lead and manage production line workers effectively. Optimize: Improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Assure Quality: Collaborate with QA to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards. Manage Equipment: Coordinate maintenance schedules, troubleshoot machinery, and ensure smooth operations. Report: Track production performance, material usage, and report to management. Ensure Safety: Enforce and monitor workplace health and safety policies.
