Role Description

As the Recruitment Section Head at Galala University, you will oversee talent acquisition operations and lead the recruitment team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and enhancing employer branding. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating graduate recruitment initiatives, conducting interviews, and ensuring the university attracts and retains top-tier talent. This is a full-time on-site position in Suez, Egypt.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting, with strong knowledge of best practices and tools. Proficiency in Employer Branding to enhance the university’s presence and attract prospective talent. Demonstrated skills in conducting Interviews, including technical and behavioral assessments. Experience in managing Graduate Recruitment programs and initiatives. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
