We are looking for a detail-oriented QA / Software Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications٫ You will be responsible for creating test plans, executing manual tests, documenting issues, and ensuring smooth releases with the development team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. Perform manual testing for web platforms (functional, UI/UX, regression, integration). Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Trello. Validate bug fixes and perform retesting before release. Work closely with developers to understand features and define clear acceptance criteria. Conduct cross-browser and responsive testing. Support UAT and ensure high-quality deliverables. Report test results with clear documentation and insights. Required Skills
Technical Skills Understanding of SDLC and STLC. Strong skills in manual testing methodologies. Ability to write clean, structured test cases. Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). Basic understanding of APIs and ability to test APIs via Postman. Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts (for UI/UX validation). Knowledge of database basics (run simple SQL queries). Experience in cross-browser testing and responsive design testing. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Understanding of performance testing concepts. Experience testing Saa S platforms or multi-module systems. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
