Grid Construction is hiring:
"Senior Technical Office Engineer - Architecture"
Responsibilities:* Study the project documents, including drawings, specifications, BOQ, and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.* Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased or procured.* Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines.* Prepare and maintain accurate as-built drawings and shop drawings.* Be proactive and resourceful in solving technical matters and on-site problems.
Qualifications:* 5-7 years of experience in the same field (Residential and Commercial Projects are a must).* Bachelor’s degree in the Architecture Engineering field.* Good knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office - Auto Cad - Revit)
