Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains complex GM calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and teleconferences..
- Acts as a primary point of contact and liaison between senior management and other internal and external stakeholders.
Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organizes and prepares for meetings, including distributing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Manages confidential files and documents with discretion.
- Assists with project management, special projects, and research as requested.
Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing and responding to inquiries.

- Anticipates executive needs to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English language
- Minimum of five years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management technologies.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with all levels of staff and external contacts.
