Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Pre-Sales & Project Engineer with passion, The Pre-Sales & Project Engineer will act as the technical bridge between clients and the technology team. This role involves understanding client business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and supporting project delivery to ensure the highest business value from technology initiatives. and act as facilitators in the process of development and deployment of the end product.
Job Description:·Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.·Provide technical recommendations for conceptualization, design, installation, and delivery of solutions.·Conducts research and data analysis to support the development team.·Assist in post-implementation and in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased.·Upgrade Sales, Engineering and Software team’s technical knowledge to new technologies.·Support sales team technically, attend sales meetings and negotiate technical product requirements with customers and fulfilling customer needs.·Integrating and testing functionality with other parts of the solution before the final delivery to customer.·Support engineering team in all projects regarding any assigned task and provide technical guidance to colleagues and other teams.·Ensure applying engineering methods for new solutions with the highest standards of quality, on time, within budget, minimize cost and efforts.
Job Requirements:·Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics - Communication) or equivalent.·fresh graduate, or 1:2 years of experience in Pre-Sales & Project Engineer.·Strong understanding of RFID systems, IT infrastructure, and security solutions.·Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.·Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple projects.· A very good command of English is a must.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).· Basic understanding of CRM software is a plus.
