Sales Operations Specialist to manage and optimize Salesforce CRM System, ensuring that the CRM system effectively supports the company's goals and enhances overall customer experience.
Job Description: Record, update and following up on CRM Database. Collecting, qualifying, and distributing leads to the sales team. Keeping the CRM system updated with accurate client information and interactions. Identify & analyze potential new data/ problems through navigating the system daily and report to the management. Oversee, Track and maintain the activities of the entire departments (Operations/ Sales/ Finance/ Marketing) Monitor information flow within CRM users. Coordinate with Sales and marketing teams as required based on departmental actions. Introduce, educate and train new users on using the system in a completely right way.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing.+2 years’ experience in using real-estate Salesforce CRM system. Understanding of Real-estate market demands & dynamics. Great Organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Very Good in MS Office
