- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports using applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition ( blue color ), preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of Egypt labor laws and recruitment regulations is an advantage.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
