Develop and Implement Strategy: Design and execute sales and marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive revenue growth in the UAE market.

Lead Generation and Relationship Building: Identify, target, and engage potential clients. Build long-term relationships with key customers and partners.

Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing) and optimize them to maximize ROI.

Market Research: Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to close deals.

Brand Awareness: Create and manage engaging content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement in the UAE.

Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance and sales metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the UAE market or a similar fast-paced environment.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in carpets and home textiles is a plus.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a multicultural environment, managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Creative Thinker: Ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
