- Resolve software and hardware inquiries and install, maintain, troubleshoot, support, and repair desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Identify and publish internal solutions to solve problems and troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve network hardware/software faults and collect information/DB about nodes for future use, installing network devices.
- Manage user accounts across multiple systems including the email / SAP accounts and troubleshoot/resolve profile issues.
- Monitor infrastructure and conducts frequent health checkup on computer hardware/software and execute preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure the delivery of equipment to new hires and install all the required software programs on it.
- Order spare parts related to computers or network equipment after identifying the shortages.

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Engineering. 1: 3 years of experience in IT role. Good knowledge of MCSA or CCNA. Experience in SAP system “Account management”. Flexible and multi-tasker. Professional English speaker. Has good knowledge in programming languages like html, CSS, python is a plus.
