Flavor Creation & Optimization:
- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of innovative sweet and savory flavor systems for various applications.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of flavor chemistry, ingredient interactions, and processing effects to create robust and stable flavor profiles.
- Lead sensory evaluation sessions, analyze results, and translate consumer insights into actionable flavor development strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in Flavor R&D within the food and beverage.Proven track record of successful flavor development and commercialization of new products.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
