Strategic Flavor Development :

  • Develop and execute strategic R&D plans for sweet and savory flavor categories, aligning with company objectives.
  • Identify emerging flavor trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements to guide new product development.
  • Proactively explore novel raw materials, technologies, and processing methods to enhance flavor performance and stability.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of R&D initiatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth within the team.

Flavor Creation & Optimization:

  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of innovative sweet and savory flavor systems for various applications.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of flavor chemistry, ingredient interactions, and processing effects to create robust and stable flavor profiles.
  • Lead sensory evaluation sessions, analyze results, and translate consumer insights into actionable flavor development strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in Flavor R&D within the food and beverage.Proven track record of successful flavor development and commercialization of new products.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
