Key Responsibilities:

The Area Operations Manager will oversee operations for multiple branches, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Main duties include:

Team Management:

• Supervising branch managers and admin staff across the assigned branches.
• Providing leadership, support, and regular performance evaluations.

Coordination Between Stakeholders:

• Acting as a communication bridge between students and teachers.
• Addressing any concerns or queries from students regarding their classes.

Scheduling and Planning:

• Managing and approving schedules for classes and ensuring they align with teacher and student availability.

Operational Efficiency:

• Monitoring branch performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Overseeing inventory and supply chain requirements for the branches.

1. Reporting and Feedback:

• Providing regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
• Collecting feedback from customers and employees to identify areas of improvement.

Branch Maintenance:

• Ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned branches.
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and upkeep.

Customer Service:

• Overseeing the reception and handling of customer enquiries.
