- Project: Caesar Sodic Back Plot, and Le Meridian Pyramids Renovation
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation, review, and negotiation of complex contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to engineering and technical projects
- Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement teams, and legal counsel to develop comprehensive contract terms and conditions
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties fulfill their contractual obligations
- Maintain detailed records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence
