• Manages and contributes to the growth of Waffarha’s FinTech products. • Works on the implementation of the marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Waffarha’s FinTech products.
• Creates and executes integrated marketing campaigns with MarCom team across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, partnerships, events, and traditional advertising.
• Tracks and analyzes marketing performance metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, conversion rates, and usage, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Thinks in a creative and analytical manner with a data-driven and analytical approach.
• Collaborates with FinTech service providers to bring your innovative product ideas to life, negotiating terms and ensuring win-win partnerships.
• Works cross-functionally with tech, MarCom, sales and other teams to ensure developing compelling product offerings, features, and benefits that resonate with target customers while ensuring smooth product launch and successful market adoption.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesin product marketing to ensure developing the best FinTech customer experience.
• Creates and manages strategic relationships/alliances with partners and regulatory authorities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital products, financial services, or related industries preferred.
