Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of agency experience or more, with a strong background in managing client relationships, acquiring new clients, and communicating effectively with technical teams. You must have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, especially in lead generation and e-commerce.
This is a key role where you will be instrumental in building our client portfolio, leading client communication, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. Fluency in both Arabic and English, with exceptional writing and speaking skills, is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the technical and creative teams to ensure client campaign goals are met. You will not be directly managing the team, but clear and proactive communication will be essential to deliver successful projects.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee performance marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of lead generation and e-commerce services to deliver top-tier results for clients.
- Portfolio Building: Play a critical role in establishing A/B Marketing's client portfolio, driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship building.
- Bilingual Communication: Fluently communicate with clients in both Arabic and English, ensuring all correspondence and deliverables are of the highest standard.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an account management role within a performance marketing agency.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage clients and collaborate with internal teams, with a strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce strategies.
- Languages: Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Location: Must be a Dubai resident.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
