Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Kimpi's Egypt in Qesm El Maadi. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, overseeing hiring processes, maintaining effective communication within the team, and coordinating food & beverage services on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and Communication
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in restaurant management or related field
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages
