- Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee.
- Performing a variety of Organization Development tasks such as drafting Job Descriptions, Organization Charts, Market Salary research, and following up on the performance Evaluation process.
- Designing and drafting Key Performance Indicators.
- Responsible for analyzing performance appraisal results and submitting periodic and adequate reports.
- Manage employee satisfaction surveying process, analyzing results and building up engagement plans.
- Design employee promotion policies and build succession plans as well as career-pathing options.
- Responsible for preparing training programs, tools, and materials to ensure the best outcome for each training class.
- Evaluate the quality of training courses and suggest and implement improvements.
- Design Employee Engagement programs
2 to 5 years of experience working in various OD activitiesExcellent communication skills.Excellent in Microsoft Office and Visio.HR Diploma is essential.English Language is a must.
