Sales & Services Head - Faisal Branch

Accountabilities:


  • Sales Achieve sales targets for all bank’s products as per branch business objectives
  • Sales opportunities Maximize opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing & potential Customers
  • Products Explain products and services to customers in order to achieve sales
  • Priority customers Maintain strong relationships with priority customers.
  • Customer service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing customer complaints
  • Complaints Resolve issues and complaints from customers; escalate issue when outside authority
  • Custody 2nd Custodian of Cash area, along with required tasks, e.g. ATM refurbishment, cash reconciliation, etc
  • Customer transactions Supervise CSRs in customer transactions, ensure transactions are promptly logged and documents completed
  • Work supervision Supervise all CSR's daily activities.
  • Corporate governance Ensure all activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks.
  • Compliance & AML: AML duties for opening accounts /update KYC … etc.


Education & experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in banking
  • Minimum of 5 years in a branch role, typically CSR
  • Sales experience
  • Experience of handling and customer transactions and requests
