Project Manager - South Med

Responsibilities


  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Lead the project team to execute project plans, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget. Oversee day-to-day operations, problem-solving, and decision-making to keep the project on track.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that costs are within agreed limits. Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, and in compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project. Monitor risks continuously and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting any issues, changes, or risks. Ensure transparency and accountability at all stages of the project.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a positive and productive working environment. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members as needed.


Qualifications


  • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required with a strong understanding of the Technical Affairs division, including functions like tendering, contracts, procurement, and project control.
  • From 10 to 12 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically focusing on residential projects.
  • Experience in preparing and managing project budgets, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Experience with BIM using Revit or Navisworks is mandatory.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are preferred.
