Qualifications
- BSc degree in Engineering from reputable governmental university i.e. Ain Shams, Cairo, Helwan, Alexanderia Universities
- 5-8 years of Proven working experience in engineering of mechanical systems with reputable consultancy.
- Full awareness of Mechanical standards i.e. ASHREA, NFPA , ASME, ANSI, SMACNA, Egyptian Codes,..etc
- Working experience with all mechanical softwares i.e. HAP, ELITE, CFD Analysis,…etc
- Preference is given to calibers with previous experience in New Capital and ACUD requirements.
- Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and editing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Creativity, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Leadership and collaborative skills
- Technical writing skills

JD
- Responsibilities as Owner Representative include but not limited to reviewing the design/calculations of Electrical and Low current systems from the concept design till the final IFC.
- Managing the design consultants’ compliance to the codes and local authorities’ regulations.
- Performing the necessary value engineering studies with assessing the cost / time impacts to the project.
- Attending technical meetings with consultants/suppliers/contractors to set the guidelines of the project and solving technical issues.
- Coordination with other disciplines to ensure that the electrical requirements of the project are fully met and coordinated with other systems properly.
- Conducting the necessary procurement communication and negotiation for the direct purchased systems/equipment.
- Providing technical support for the site management team and periodic site visits for following up the construction progress.
