Job Description:

  • Strategize, plan, create, execute, manage, analyze, and evaluate a variety of digital campaigns, remarketing campaigns, always maintaining the efficiencies of the right strategy of marketing, content, traffic, leads, bookings and/or phone calls at the right Direction, Quality & COST.
  •  Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  •  Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  •  Assist in the development of media strategy and building paid media plans (including audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, budgeting, optimizations, etc.)
  •  Leveraging the company’s real-time data Dashboards and reporting tools, you will be tasked with communicating campaign performance and creating a clear roadmap for the future.
  •  Managing creative team, designers, copywriters, and social media specialists on assets used for paid media campaigns.
  •  Supporting media teams and social strategists to develop robust and innovative organic & paid social media plans. Ability to trouble shoot for desired outcomes.
  •  Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  •  Work cross functionally with the Customer Service team to ensure that the marketing strategy aligns with the organization's broader goals, objectives, digital strategy and efforts
  •  Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  •  Maintain knowledge of the dynamic digital ecosystem (search, social, native, display, email, and performance creative) And how channels work together.
  •  Working closely with the management & Marketing Head to share Strategies, funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. Producing regular digital dashboards, reporting progress against set KPIs
  •  Analyzing business performance with the help of digital tools and reports.
  •  Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  •  Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders
  •  Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels, including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, app store optimization and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities
  •  Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  •  Regularly Analyzes and interprets campaign data daily/weekly/Monthly to improve performance and alert client and internal teams about potential shortfalls and optimizations.
  •  Experience with e-CRM platforms Engaging Networks highly preferred. Some knowledge and experience with Odoo is a plus.
  •  Stay on top of current & emerging social media trends, insights from content, and best practices
  •  Write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users, follow a content calendar.
  •  use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly
  •  Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions
  •  Measure the success of every social media campaign, Use social media marketing tools.
  •  Digital PR including Communicate with communities, big accounts, industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  •  Ensure a consistent brand presence, personality, and voice across all adopted social media platforms
  • Assemble proposals, statement of qualifications, and PowerPoint presentations for various stages of submissions & Create PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.
  •  Produce daily and weekly promotional analysis and new product tracking to determine profitability and media ROI.
  •  Provide a unique, SEO-focus service to organically increase brand awareness through Instagram through acquisition of target followers in local markets.
  •  Oversee management of updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels. Monitor daily messaging and posts
  •  Develop effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging
  •  Market-test our product positioning and strategy through surveys and individual customer interviews


Job Requirements:

  •  Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Digital media planning and buying experience .
  •  Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager running campaign in Egypt, GCC area. Experience in Digital Agency & electronics marketing Campaign is a Plus.
  •  Prior up to 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, Google ad words, SEO, social media, Growth Hacking and other digital channels or equivalent combination of Education and experience. “E-Commerce experience is a Plus”.
  •  Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis, monitoring, reporting, metrics including Google Analytics experience.
  •  Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  •  Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver, Attention to detail and Critical thinking skills with throng mathematical abilities required.
  •  Excellent financial skills and the ability to manage large budgets.
  •  The ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
  •  Be able to succeed in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  •  Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  •  Wide and deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape with the ability to recommend appropriate tactics to generate acquisition and revenue growth.
  •  Work occasional nights and weekends as needed
  •  Must be looking for a long-term role and not looking for a "steppingstone" short-term gig.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with Exceptional organizational and project management skills and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Highly goal-oriented individual, Completely self-managed with the ability to act independently with very little supervision and great work ethic & time management skills.
