Recruitment Specialist

1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for manufacturing roles (e.g., machine operators, quality control inspectors, engineers, and administrative staff).

Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals, to source candidates.

Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by maintaining a database of qualified candidates.

2. Candidate Screening and Interviewing:

Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

Lead in-person or virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

3. Hiring Process Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, qualifications, and candidate expectations.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers.

Maintain detailed records of candidates and recruitment activities .

Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

4. Workforce Planning and Collaboration:

Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.

Provide insights and recommendations on hiring trends, workforce availability, and labor market conditions.

Participate in the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as job fairs, career days, and networking events.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Conduct background checks and reference verification for final candidates as required.

6. Onboarding:

Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Provide support for new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration or related field.2-4 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Familiarity with labor market trends, especially in manufacturing.Strong understanding of manufacturing roles and industry-specific requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).A resident of October city or nearby locations.  Key Competencies:Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proactive approach to identifying recruitment opportunities.
