- Concrete Work Supervision: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of concrete placement, including mixing, pouring, and finishing, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect concrete materials and workmanship to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Crew Management: Manage and direct concrete laborers and subcontractors, ensuring they follow safety protocols and project procedures.
- Scheduling: Plan and schedule concrete pours and related tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and timely project completion.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to concrete work, including troubleshooting problems and implementing corrective measures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of concrete activities, including quantities used, work progress, and any issues encountered.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in construction management is a plus. Proven experience in concrete supervision or a similar role. Strong knowledge of concrete properties, techniques, and safety practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
