Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

·          Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

·         • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for decision-making purposes.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.



Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

·         3-5 years of experience in same career.

·         Experience in Travel Agencies is a must.

Skills & Qualifications:

·         Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.

·         Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

·         Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)

·         Committed

·         Ability to Multitask

·         Time Management Skills
