IT Help Desk Specialist

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

- Experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Switches, Subnets, Routers, VLANs, DNS, Network Shares, Network Storage, File/Print services, Directory Services, etc. is preferred.

- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.

- Provide technical troubleshooting, identify request type, diagnose and provide solutions, or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as required.

- Resolving LAN and WAN network issues.

Monitoring and maintaining internet lines, antivirus software, and firewall incidents.

- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.

- Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed.


- Bachelor of Engineering- Computer or Computer Science or any related field.- Experience from 2 to 4 Years.- Familiarity with both PC and Mac hardware and software.- Deep knowledge of operating systems, Network equipment and, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.- General knowledge of IT infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Switches, Routers, Firewalls.CCNA & MCSA
