For our branch office in Egypt, we are currently looking for a Business Support Manager (BSM) to strengthen our team.
Task description:
- Support the preparation of expressions of interest (EoI) and tenders, mainly with regards to the staffing; This includes, amongst other tasks, the identification and contact of qualified experts, as well as the preparation of CVs in the required format;
- Ensure all necessary formal documents (from experts as well as partner firms) are available on time for the submission of the EoI/ tender;
- Conduct staff searches during project implementation for additional staff, upon request;
- Further tasks as instructed.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Entry-level position for recent graduates with 1-3 years' working experience in a similar environment of business development, recruiting and/or project implementation;
- University degree in Human Resources Management (HRM), Business Administration (BA), Social Sciences, Translation, English or French language studies, or similar;
- Arabic native speaker and excellent English language skills are a must; French language skills would be an asset;
- IT literacy: demonstrated ability to work with Word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software (preferably MS Office);
- Very good analytical skills and ability to pay attention to details;
- Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team towards tight deadlines;
- Interest in working in the international development cooperation.
