Capital Numbers is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to work out of Egypt. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the Middle East and Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and business development, coupled with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies tailored to the Middle Eastern and Saudi markets.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Capital Numbers’ products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to help inform business strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:Experience: Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the software or technology sector.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in both English and Arabic.Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Middle Eastern and Saudi markets, including key players, market trends, and business practices.Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage sales processes.Requirements:Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Presentation: Proficient in creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of software solutions and the ability to discuss technical aspects in a clear and client-friendly manner.
