CEO Assistant/Office Manager

- Handle all general office management duties, ensuring a well-functioning office environment.

- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors, fostering strong, positive partnerships.

- Oversee and streamline operational procedures to improve efficiency.

- Monitor and control costs, working towards increasing profit margins.

- Ensure compliance with and the implementation of company policies.

- Provide personal assistant support as required.

- Coordinate and manage office resources, supplies, and equipment.

- Assist in financial management tasks such as budgeting and expense tracking.

- Support and coordinate team projects and deadlines.


- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office or operations management.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work independently and take initiative.- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.- A teachable, growth-oriented mindset.- Proficiency in office management software and tools.
