- Manage and administer cisco IP Telephony network that include cisco call manager (CUCM), Cisco unity connection (CUC), IM and Presence and Expressway for MRA.
- Manage, configure and troubleshoot cisco voice gateways for branches connection with PSTN through (PRIs and FXOs).
- Manage and administer Video conference solution that include Jabber Guest, Cisco webex meeting server (CWMS), Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) and Video Endpoints.
- Manage, configure and troubleshoot cisco contact center enterprise (UCCE), CVP, PGs, HDS and Roggers.
- Manage, configure and troubleshoot Zoom/Eleveo call recording.
- Deep understanding and troubleshooting different VoIP protocols “H323, MGCP, SIP”
- Handle project documentation, planning and user guides.
- Support end users’ issues regarding IP phone registration, Extension Mobility, PSTN External calling, Cisco finesse login, Cisco Jabber, MRA and Voice Mail.
- Support call center and call recording issues (Call routing, IVR, Finesse, CUIC Reports and Eleveo call recording).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in VoIP and voice communication technologies.Strong knowledge of Cisco voice solutions and related technologies.Familiarity with SIP, RTP protocols, and telephony systems.Certification such as CCNA Voice or similar is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
