The Multi-Unit Manager Responsibilities include:
Performing and directing overall operations management, generally providing leadership, coaching, and direction to outlets they oversee.
Supporting and leading the outlets heads to ensure excellent operations, helping to maximize sales and profits of each outlet, and ensuring they deliver excellent guest service and meet and execute all applicable Brand standards.
Leading and directing staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, service, quality and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Overseeing training program for all outlets’ staff.
