Account Management: Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring their social media strategies align with overall marketing objectives.

Content Creation:
Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Scheduling and Posting:
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistent brand messaging and regular engagement.

Community Management:
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, clients, and potential customers to foster community and drive engagement.

Campaign Strategy:
Develop and execute paid social media campaigns. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure effective campaigns that align with broader marketing strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance through analytics tools. Provide regular reports to clients on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company stays competitive and innovative.

Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, set clear objectives, and ensure their satisfaction with social media initiatives.


Experience:Digital Marketing Agency experience is a MUSTProven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, managing multiple client accounts and social media campaigns.Skills:Strong copywriting, content creation, and communication skills. Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).Platform Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging trends.Analytics:Familiarity with social media metrics and ability to generate data-driven insights to optimize strategies.Creativity:Ability to create visually compelling content and develop innovative campaigns that resonate with the audience.Time Management:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with paid social media advertising.Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple clients.
