Job Description 

Job Title:        Product Manager 

Department:  Sales 

Reporting to:  Sales Manager

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Define the product roadmap, ensuring it meets customer needs and business objectives
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business goals.
  • Design and develop training materials, including manuals, user guides, videos, and online courses, to educate internal teams and customers on product features and best practices.
  • Formulating & execute yearly activities calendar on product level.
  • Creativity with new campaigns ideas.
  • Thinking out of the box to capture market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Responsible for organizing, coordinating and executing various events like conferences, exhibitions and any other events to ensure they are running smoothly and to meet the desired objectives. 
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams (e.g., sales, customer support, and marketing) to ensure they are fully knowledgeable about the product.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather and prioritize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to drive product improvements.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to inform product strategy.
  • Manage the product and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to optimize efficiency and ROI.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. MBA.6-9 years’ experience. Proven experience as a Product Manager Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric and educator’s mindset.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
