Mechanical Engineer (Design and Manufacture) - Conveyor Systems
Golden Eagle Company is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team in designing and manufacturing conveyor systems and production machinery lines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop conveyor systems and production machinery using CAD software
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing
- Analyze and optimize designs for performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production and installation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies into designs
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in conveyor systems or production machinery
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and simulation software
- Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations in manufacturing environments
- Experience with project management and product lifecycle management tools
