Curriculum Development Manager

▪ Facilitate technical document development, such as concept notes, detailed
implementation plans and implementation progress reports for relevant projects to
varied stakeholders
▪ Assisting in coordination and implementation of action plans to meet relevant
deadlines.


Monitoring, Evaluation, Program Learning and Reporting


▪ Ensure close monitoring of the curriculum development work in the field to ensure
alignment and contribution to overall business strategy
▪ Monitor flow of information and systemic documentation of quantitative and
qualitative achievements in the field and lessons learned thereof
▪ Ensure quality and timely submission of quarterly and annual or required Programs
and Project Performance Reports as per desired standards and guidelines as required
and ensure the highest quality
▪ Ensure compliance of approved Programs and Project plans
▪ Promote evidence-based learning and the agenda of advancing alternatives
▪ Plan, organize, coordinate and implement events to introduce new TVET curricula to
relevant stakeholders.
▪ Plan, organize, coordinate and implement evaluations for new TVET curricula through
tracer surveys.
▪ Maintain effective collaborations with counterparts and partner institutions to
promote and evaluate new TVET curricula implementations
▪ Provide technical assistance and strategic advice to relevant stakeholders, including
members of the internal team, implementers, counterparts and development
partners, to raise awareness of EQF requirements.
▪ Performing any logistical and administrative tasks requested from Ta’heal leadership.
▪ Ensuring liaison with the internal team members and/or stakeholders, regarding
schedules, information, documents and/or tasks.


At least, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in education, engineering, socialscience or TVET-related fields is essential.▪ TVET Trainer Certificate is essential.▪ Senior TVET Trainer Certificate and/or TVET School Management and LeadershipCertificate are significant advantages.▪ Post-graduate degrees and/or certificates in relation to TVET and quality assurance areadvantages.▪ A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in TVET is essential.▪ A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Egypt and other MENAregions, is essential.▪ More than two (2) years or five (5) times of verifiable experience working ascompetency-based curriculum developer is essential.▪ Verifiable experience working in labour market research is a significant advantage.▪ Verifiable experience working for TVET institutions and/or projects is an advantage.▪ Verifiable experience working with international development partners is anadvantage.
