Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging professional platforms, to identify and engage with passive candidates.
- Interviewing & Assessment:
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs and define role requirements, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles.
- Talent Pipeline Development:
Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, focusing on critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, interview processes, and overall recruitment performance.
- Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with company policies and legal regulations, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualification & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for senior-level or specialized roles.
