Responsibilities

• Daily Monitoring of all Civil & MEP works.

• Monitoring daily work plan as per project time schedule.

• Monitoring quality assurances & control Plan.

• Provides Daily photo reports.

• Coordinate with Project team to complete project on schedule time.

• Reports to relevant project stakeholders.

• Ability to advice & solve construction problems.

• Ensuring health and safety regulations.

• Monitoring all project material supplying & installing.

• Coordinate with consultancy office.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience.

• High level education or equivalent.

• Experience in the construction work.

• Good knowledge with steel works.

• Mandatory Experience with MEP Works

• Good knowledge with safety regulations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent Computer skills.

• Experience in a leadership role recommended.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Valid driver's license
