Bureau Egyptien De Conseils Techniques - BECT is currently hiring a “Mechanical Design Engineer” for our office located in Heliopolis, Cairo

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering

- Minimum 7 years Experience

- Revit is a must

- On hands working experience with Revit and Auto CAD

- Familiar with international and Egyptian codes and standards

- Strong communication skills & team work

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Very good command of written & spoken English

- Full awareness of all related design software, such as (HAP for HVAC load calculation, Elite for firefighting calculation, .... etc)

Job Description:

- Produce the required design drawings/shop drawings for designed systems

- Capable on & Familiar with HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting mechanical systems' design

- Coordinate with other discipline works and producing composite layouts after solving different clashes aiming to produce zero-clash models

- Perform the required calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements

- Producing technical reports, bill of quantities, technical specification, professional mails

- Attending technical meetings, summarizing its points & discussing coordination issues providing efficient solutions
