Key Responsibilities:

Developing Quality Strategies:

  • Design and implement comprehensive quality strategies and programs.
  • Set objectives and performance standards to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Managing Quality Processes:

  • Oversee and coordinate quality management activities and ensure their effective application.
  • Monitor performance and provide analytical reports on quality and process performance.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Use analysis to provide recommendations for process improvements.

Training and Development:

  • Organize and coordinate training programs for employees to enhance awareness of quality practices.
  • Develop skills and practices necessary to meet quality standards.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the implementation of quality policies and the achievement of company goals.
  • Provide advice and guidance to departments on quality-related matters.

Compliance Monitoring:

  • Ensure the company’s adherence to quality standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external evaluation bodies.

Process Improvement:

  • Lead process improvement projects and enhance efficiency.
  • Implement innovation initiatives for continuous improvement.

Document and Record Management:

  • Ensure accurate organization and maintenance of quality-related records and documents.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary documents to support evaluations and reviews

Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or a related fieldProfessional experience of at least [10] years in quality management, preferably in leadership roles.Familiarity with international quality management standards such as ISO 9001.Strong skills in analysis, planning, and organization.Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.Leadership and team management skills.Personal Traits:Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.Attention to detail and capability to handle work pressure.Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
