The Quality Control Lead plays an essential role in maintaining the standards of product and service offerings by overseeing the inspection and testing processes. They ensure that quality is not compromised by resource constraints, changes in scope, or compressed schedules as well as creates and maintains test data, performs testing, and report results to ensure a consistent and high level of quality
Job Description:
- Collecting And Compiling Statistical Quality Data.
- Investigate customer complaints and provide feedback; Document and analyze quality data and performance metrics; Provide guidance
- Introduce necessary features and changes to correct defects.
- Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System.
- Assess quality improvement training needs; Conduct meetings, trainings and information sessions with staff and stakeholders as necessary to promote the quality
- Eliminate errors to enhance product quality.
- Provide technical information to engineers for successful task completion.
- Establish effective working relationships with project team members.
- Mentor junior engineers, encouraging innovation and creativity.
- Ensure code reviews follow standard coding guidelines.
- Make source code easily accessible.
- Perform application testing and source code reviews.
- Track task completion and bug resolution.
- Deliver top-quality products to customers on time.
- Act as a domain expert.
- Maintain specifications and requirements documentations.
- Improve quality, productivity, and time-to-market through processes and standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Architecture Discipline) from a governmental institution. Experience: 12 to 16 years of experience in quality engineering. Proficiency in quality control procedures and techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with statistical analysis software and quality management systems.
