Job Description


  • Handle all the contract preparation processes.
  • Respond to all inquiries related to the contract; expected delivery date or any changes/updates to the project phases.
  • Contribute all the after-sales services to the clients.
  • Respond to all inquiries related to the contract; expected delivery date or any changes/updates to the project phases.
  • Contribute to submitting the reports and documentation regarding the clients.
  • Organize the daily work flow of the Collection Process.
  • Sending any data update received from the client to the operation team to add to our sales team
  • Prepare the Clearance form before the client goes to the handover team.
  • Follow up with the Engineering dept. about the handover dates.
  • Following up with the clients for the collection process of all their outstanding payments to end up the case with (Cancellation, Reschedule, Downgrading or Upgrading)
  • Co-ordination for any client site visit (coordinates between the client and the site engineer)
  • Contacting the clients at the beginning of each month to inform them with new due amounts and monitoring their payment method to share with finance to settle the outstanding payments.


Job Requirements


  • Real Estate developer experience is a must.
  • 3-6 Years of working Experience in same position min 2 years in a developer, Real Estate company
  • Giza resident.
  • Presentable.
  • V. Good Listening and negotiation skills.
  • V. good Leadership skills.
  • Good command in English.
  • Dedicated
