Develop and execute health, safety, and environmental plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health, safety, and environmental
• Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
• Conduct training and presentations for health, safety, and environmental matters and accident prevention
• Monitor compliance with policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
• Report on health, safety, and environmental awareness, issues, and statistics.
• Review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and
risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments.
• Address specific reporting and record-keeping requirements of OSHA, NFPA, etc., as well as other pertinent
safety/regulatory compliance matters and to ensure The Company is in compliance.
• Use authorities to stop work activity during unsafe act , unsafe condition.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or science or any relevant discipline
Years of Experience: Min 5 years of experience in the same field.
