In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth for our comprehensive line of high-quality chemicals across corporates through:
- Establishing solid business plans with customers by introducing new items and new sectors to ensure the continuity of the sales potentiality and achieving target without any obstacles
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer visits.
- Providing technical support, information about the items and demonstrating the whole scope
- Reviewing sales performance on weekly basis and determining the deviations to eliminate in the further sales to ensure smooth of the work flow.
- Generating leads, building relationships, and closing up deals.
- Identifying and categorizing customer segments and sectors according to potentiality, effective sales, and company consumption.
- Define selling processes for the potential customers/buyers through demonstrating and utilizing product presentations to achieve sales goals by meeting clients need.
- Performing in-depth research on competitors' by gathering current marketplace information; products, new products, pricing, delivery schedules and market survey to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Maintain updated technical background and good selling points and technical advantages of the different products.
- Reach out to customers through regular visits and calls according to a defined schedule.
- Follow up with Quality control team, R&D team and Purchase team in the different Co.
- Analyze the existing/ potential customers to meet their needs.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Follow up the purchase orders till finalizing the order.
- Coordinate sales effort with the other team members.
- Send a daily report on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities to direct coordinator manager.
- Monthly review of sales and target achievement.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services on daily basis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Pharmacy.- 2 - 5 years experience.- Experience with R&D - Formulation / QC - Raw Material.- Has driving license.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
