Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presales Engineer with a solid background in designing and implementing structured cabling, wired and wireless LAN, IP Telephony, Guest Room Management System, Public Address System, IP Surveillance System, Fire Alarm Systems, Next Generation Firewalls, and Access Control Systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and customer-focused approach to support our sales team in delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Technical Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that address their needs.
• Solution Design: Design comprehensive solutions for structured cabling, wired and wireless LAN, IP Telephony, GRMS, Public Address, IP Surveillance, fire alarm systems, firewalls, and access control systems.
• Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals, including design schematics, bill of materials, and cost estimates.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to customers, articulating the technical benefits of proposed solutions.
• Technical Consultation: Serve as the technical point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to implementation.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide state-of-the-art solutions to customers.
• Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams and create comprehensive documentation for proposed solutions.

Required Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pre Sales• Technical Skills: Proficient in network design and architecture, with hands-on experience in the aforementioned systems and technologies.• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE or equivalent are preferred.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with project management and coordination.• Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices.• Proven track record of successful presales engagements and solution delivery.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for professional growth and development.• Collaborative and innovative work environment.• Chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and projects.
