Job Requirements:
- Create & update the Manpower Plan for every Dept.
- Create Job Analysis and Job Description for every job.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Create and publish job ads on various platforms (Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Participate in job fairs according to business needs.
- Screen CVs, resumes, Profiles, and job applications.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Coordinate with the head of depts for second/technical interviews.
- Inform applicants with feedback.
- Send job offers to the accepted candidates.
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time job from the site.
- Working Hours: From 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
- Location: San Stefano, Alexandria.
- One Day Off (Friday).
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field.Human Resources Diploma Holder.Strong interpersonal skills.Outstanding Communication and Negotiation Skills.Excellent in English Writing & speaking.Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, … etc.English Teaching background is highly preferred.
