Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Training and Development:

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

Performance Management System (PMS):

  • Implement and monitor Performance Management Systems to track organizational performance.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational strategies.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Change Management:

  • Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop change management plans, including communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting and Presentation:

  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management.

Process Evaluation and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current organizational processes and workflows.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvement.

  • Manage employee relations issues and respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Developing and updating org charts and job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed by an employee.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data.

 Bachelor's degree in human resources or HR AAST Diploma (Essential). 2:5 years of experience in the HR field - at least 2 years in OD.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
