Sales Specialist/ IT Industry

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through a combination of inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor sales pitches and marketing materials to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities, update pipeline status, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand your professional network.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

RequirementsZero - 1 year experienceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and decision-making processes.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
