- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive website content and marketing strategy to strengthen the company's brand, attract visitors, and drive online sales.
- Collaborate with website developers for regular updates and maintenance, ensuring the website functions seamlessly.
- Optimize user experience on the website and social media platforms to increase engagement.
- Propose, develop, and execute improvement measures and e-commerce strategies to enhance user engagement and boost website sales performance.
- Evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving customer issues promptly.
