Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data as needed.
Office Management:
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities; liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and handle petty cash.
Staff Coordination:
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation and training.
- Coordinate staff schedules, track attendance, and manage leave requests.
- Support team-building activities and office events.
Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between office staff and management.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and updates to the team.
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Project Management:
- Assist in planning and executing office projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure project alignment with company goals.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
- Provide support to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive office experience.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as assistant office manager.Must have Diploma / internship or any previous experience in HR.
