- Manage customer complains
- Develop plans for projects/events/processes and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Monitor progress of projects/events/processes to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project/event/process
- Develop reports to track progress and provide updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project/event/process
- Provide administrative support as required
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with the project/event/process
Minimum of 2 years experience in a coordination roleExcellent organizational skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Proficient in MS office and data entry; working knowledge of ERP software is a plusGreat attention to detail
